The Epix V2 55 Baitfeeder reel from Okuma incorporates some of the latest features and technology available. Its patented EOS elliptical oscillation system gives the reel fantastic line lay and makes the reel super smooth. As with a number of the reels in the Okuma range it utilises their one touch bait feeder clutch system which is adjustable so the angler can change the tension of the system to suit the angling situation.

The reels aluminium spool has a large capacity and makes the reel super lightweight whilst being able to house generous amounts of high breaking strain line (260m – 0.35mm). This reel is a real workhorse and can retrieve line quickly with its 4:5:1 gear ratio, it also has a multi-disk drag system and 5 bearings make using the reel and playing fishing easy work. The body of the reel has a hydro block water-tight drag seal meaning that the reel is able to withstand the elements and is built to last. All this and the reel only weighs 455 grams.
