The Aquos Twig is a one piece, compact rod that is perfect for targeting carp in the margins. It’s ideal to use in those tight situations where a traditional 12ft rod just wouldn’t be feasible. Whether you’re poking the rod through reeds or bushes, or just dropping a rig down under an overhanging tree, the Twig is ideal.
It has a 2.75lb test curve, which has the power to hold hard fighting carp lunging for the sanctuary of snags or lily pads, but is soft enough in the tip to prevent hook pulls at close quarters. It has a super slim blank, and slim 18mm reel seat. It comes as standard with Fox SLIK, ceramic lined guides which are highly durable, even with the use of braid.
