The Basia Tournament QDX is the ‘meaner’ model of the Basia range. Its new sleek black body still houses the magnesium body and rotor but with a new look.
The 45mm spool has been double anodized in a dark gunmetal finish and the handle has been upgraded from wood to a soft grip urethane knob. The reel boats Daiwa’s distinct ‘high impact’ line clip which makes controlling distance casts trouble free. This reel is also super smooth due to its 7 high quality ball bearings. Its QD spool makes setting the reels free spool facility quick and easy. The Basia QDX is supplied with a spare spool for those who want to change their line in a matter of seconds.
