Delivery FAQ's

  1. How much does delivery cost? Delivery to the UK costs just £6.99 - no matter how many items you buy - and will arrive next working day, if you order before 2pm.
  2. What happens if I am not home when my tackle arrives? All items delivered by UPS must be signed for. If nobody is available to sign and you have no special instructions then the courier will post their contact details through the door for you to contact them directly to reschedule the delivery. There is no extra charge.
  3. Can I change my delivery address? Yes – your order does not have to be sent to your billing address. When you place your order you can specify a different delivery address at the checkout.
  4. Can I track my order online? Yes – when you place your order you will receive details of how to track the parcel through the UPS website.
  5. Can I choose to collect my order? Yes – you can arrange to collect your order from the Tackle Fanatics store in New Malden, Surrey. For more information about delivery please visit our Delivery page or call our Customer Services department on 020 8949 3307.

  1. How do you rate your old tackle? All of our tackle is individually inspected and rated using our simple ratings guide: Fair condition – In perfectly usable condition but not quite deserving of a ‘good’ rating. Good condition – The tackle has evidence of use but has no damage and in good working order. New – New items should have all the appropriate packaging, instructions and must be perfect in every way – just as if we had brought them from the manufacturer ourselves.
  2. Are the clothing and accessories new? Yes – Tackle Fanatics do not buy or sell second hand clothing or smaller tackle accessories. A comprehensive range of new clothing and accessories is available in store.
  3. Do you sell new fishing tackle? Yes – although the majority of our rods, reels bite alarms and bivvies are used, we do stock many new items of tackle both big and small from all of the top brands.
  4. Why do I need to register? Before you can buy any tackle or sell tackle to us you must register. This can be done on the Register page.
  5. Do you store my card details? Tackle Fanatics do not store any credit card details. Once the payment has been authorised your card details are removed our system.
  6. Can I trade my old tackle in? Yes – you can click here to receive a quote for your old tackle. If you are happy with the quote you can then sell you tackle to us, or upgrade for free delivery!
  7. Do you have a shop I can visit? Yes – we have a store in New Malden, Surrey that you can visit to browse our full range of carp tackle and accessories. For more details please click here.
  8. Can I return my order? Yes – we offer a 7-day money back guarantee on all items of tackle, as well as, a ?? month warranty on all of our goods.
  9. Do you sell gift vouchers? Yes – you can buy gift vouchers with a value of £10, £25, £50 or £100.
